Internal differentiation, defense mechanisms, and how to recognize and work with activation. You practice staying steady when parts show up in yourself and in those you accompany.

Self-led accompaniment through the 8 C's: compassion, curiosity, calm, clarity, connectedness, confidence, courage, creativity. You cultivate the inner steadiness required to hold space.
The program
Miravia designs and delivers a nine-month continuing-education program that institutes bring to their trainers, therapists, and facilitators. Each module builds professional competencies in IFS pedagogy and clinical application.

Recognizing and working with emotional states and the differentiation of internal parts.

Accessing exiled parts, identifying burdens, and understanding their origins and impact.
Cultivating Self-energy and presence when accompanying clients through internal work.
Navigating opposing parts and resolving internal conflicts within the system.
Step-by-step process for guiding clients in dialogue and healing with their parts.
Leading meditations, exercises, and live practices in group and individual settings.
Professional boundaries, ethical considerations, and the role of ongoing supervision.
Miravia provides all program architecture, content, materials, and delivery. The institute receives a complete, ready-to-run training program.
You learn to teach and facilitate IFS, not only to use it. Pedagogy, demonstration design, and experiential facilitation are built into every module.
Work with exiles, shame, fear, and trauma follows a gradual, supervised arc. You practice in pairs and debrief in group before holding it for others.
Monthly group review of case material, facilitation choices, and ethical boundaries. You receive feedback on your teaching and accompaniment, not just theory.
Compassion, curiosity, calm, clarity, connectedness, confidence, courage, creativity. The program returns again and again to Self-led presence as the foundation of all accompaniment.
Notice when a part is present: in tone, posture, emotion, thought. You learn to recognize the signals before intervening.
Help the person (or yourself) step back and see the part as distinct from Self. This creates space for curiosity instead of fusion.
Invite the part to share its story. Ask if it is willing to be heard. Respect its pace and its protective role.
Explore the part's intention, its burden, its fear. You learn to stay present without fixing, interpreting, or rushing.
Witness the part's experience with compassion. Support the person in staying connected to Self while the part softens or releases.
Reflect on what happened, what shifted, what remains. You practice integrating the work and preparing for what comes next.
This program taught me how to hold space for parts work without losing myself. The supervision and gradual practice made all the difference.
I came in knowing IFS for myself. I left knowing how to teach it, facilitate it, and supervise others. The pedagogy module was a revelation.
The safety-first approach to exiles and trauma gave me confidence I didn't have before. I now facilitate inner work with clarity and care.
Trainers, psychologists, therapists, facilitators, and coaches with grounding in emotional accompaniment. You should already hold space for others and want to integrate or teach IFS and parts work.
This is training for professionals who teach or facilitate inner work. It is not direct therapy for end clients, though your own parts will show up and be welcomed in the learning process.
Experience in therapeutic accompaniment, coaching, or facilitation. Familiarity with emotional regulation and a willingness to practice self-observation and pair work.
The program is delivered online with live monthly sessions, demonstrations, pair work, and group debriefing. Recordings and materials are provided for review.
9 months, with one module per month. Each module includes live sessions, self-study, practice assignments, and case review. Expect 8 to 12 hours per month.
You receive a certificate of completion from Miravia. This is not an IFS Institute certification, but a professional training in teaching and facilitating the IFS model.
We use a gradual, supervised sequence: conceptual grounding first, then demonstration, then pair practice, then group debrief. Work with exiles comes only after stabilization and permission from protectors.
Small cohorts of 12 to 18 participants. You work in pairs, share in group, and receive methodological supervision. The format prioritizes practice and feedback over lecture.
